What You Need To Know

the effectiveness, use Nalani Pillow every day for 20 minutes, as this reflects the clinical trial
conditions.
Lay down on a flat surface or find a tall-backed chair or couch to sit on. Place your neck on the pillow, so that the pillow’s lower part reaches the top of the shoulder area. For maximum rejuvenation, you can do this for up to 40 minutes. Remember, do what makes you feel comfortable.
